Aldi UK – Training

L&S and Lore were engaged by Aldi UK to design and deliver a bespoke conflict resolution, loss prevention and accountability training package to store management nationally within 8 regions within the UK. The course content was well received and feedback showed a high level of candidate satisfaction and empowerment. Since this roll out, we were also able to refer one of our partners to deliver continuity to an number of regions in the North.

Thrifty Car Rental – Training

L&S and Lore were engaged by Thrifty Car Hire to develop a conflict resolution tracking package to deliver to their branch management teams nationwide. The project involved the evaluation of skill set currently existing within the business followed by a detailed training needs analysis. A structured pilot process was compiled and a national roll out of training courses followed. The project was well received by personnel and also resulted in less work place conflict or injury reporting for the following trading year.
